Founded on 20th February 2013, Samarthana began its operations with a dedicated team of four professionals, driven by a clear mission: to deliver reliable, end-to-end HR Compliance and Statutory Management services to organizations across India.
Since inception, through tireless effort and commitment, Samarthana has grown steadily—today serving over 50 clients, managing 70+ temporary staff deployed at client locations, and supported by a corporate team of 10+ professionals based at our Adyar office.
Over the past decade, we have navigated numerous challenges and achieved a significant milestone: consistently ensuring adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
